This new two-storey structure was designed with proposed rentable commercial spaces on the ground floor and single tenant office space provided on the upper floor. Complete with a partial basement, this structure offers a total of 33,576 sq. ft. to it’s tenants. The single tenant use on the second level with the owners desired location for the main entry in the middle of the building required a curvilinear reception area guiding visitors in either direction to conference rooms and general offices. This design direction then dictated a secondary back of house corridor behind the reception areas for washrooms, fitness area, copy and storage rooms also accessed from both sides of the building.
