This unique facility offering professional office space for start-up entrepreneurs was designed by Passa Architects within the confines of a 15,000 sq. ft. existing former bingo hall in downtown Windsor. 7,500 sq. ft. of the existing interior space was gutted and renovated into a creative, open and airy style office setting which offers various office layout styles for the tenants from individual, walled in private office spaces to spacious communal office settings. Shared spaces amongst tenants include a large kitchen space, numerous various sized meeting rooms, and lounge spaces. Shared printing and copying areas as well as reception services are provided for tenants. Extensive exterior glazing and attractive, attention gathering exterior signage panels have distinctly improved the exterior street appeal of the facility.
