This previous existing two-storey high theatre building was redesigned into a modern commercial / residential development with ground floor offices and restaurant with upper apartments. New window openings and balconies were provided to create a facade engaging the street and surrounding built up environment. New stucco and stone cladding and aluminum sun shades installed over top of exterior windows major contributors to the modern appearance of the building.
