Possessing the necessary amenities to host an array of user events within the multi-use internal and external spaces, the building exposes its structural elements to highlight its relationship that embraces the environment. Designed as a ‘net-zero’ self sufficient facility in terms of energy requirements, the building has a number of design elements such as its solar orientation, a comprehensive photovoltaics strategy, natural cooling designed within a geothermal system, advanced natural daylighting design, and a highly efficient building envelope which will ensure in meeting its ‘net-zero’ standard. Outfitted with various multi-media capabilities, educational showcasing features and the inspiring outward views will make the facility a highly desirable location to host special events for the communities it serves.
